Singer Unveils 'The Sorcerer': A 710HP Turbocharged Masterpiece in Porsche 911 Reimagining
Singer Vehicle Design has officially debuted 'The Sorcerer,' the inaugural production model from its DLS Turbo Services restoration program, marking the company's most radical reinterpretation of the Porsche 911 to date. Constructed on a 964-generation chassis and inspired by the iconic 1977 Porsche 934/5 race car, this vehicle exemplifies automotive engineering excellence. Key enhancements include a carbon-fiber widebody kit for weight reduction, structural reinforcements, advanced aerodynamic components optimized for track performance, forged magnesium wheels, and carbon-ceramic braking systems. The exterior features a distinctive Fantasia Blue ombré paint finish, blending aesthetics with aerodynamic efficiency. Power is delivered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six engine, capable of exceeding 9,000 RPM, generating over 710 horsepower and 745 Nm of torque. This formidable output is transmitted to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission, ensuring a driver-centric experience. The Sorcerer represents a significant milestone in Singer's portfolio, combining historical racing pedigree with contemporary performance technology to create a bespoke, high-performance automotive artifact.
