Celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit recently dropped a picture of Kareena Kapoor Khan doing mat pilates with sheer dedication and perfection.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the actors who promotes fitness without an intense diet. The actress enjoys her meals while keeping herself fit through pilates, yoga or weight training. Celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit recently dropped a picture of the Jab We Met actor doing mat pilates with sheer dedication and perfection that will surely inspire you to start your fitness routine now.

Sharing the picture on Instagram, Namrata wrote in the caption, “Monday Motivation- Mat Pilates with @kareenakapoorkhan. Workout anywhere anytime! All you need is your body.”

The snapshot featured Kareena performing a variation of a bridge pose. She is seen lying on her back with her feet placed on the floor, palms down on the floor, shoulder-width apart, knees bent, and hips pushed towards the ceiling. For the variation, the actress lifted her leg with her knees bent.

For the workout session, Kareena donned a black sleeveless sports bra with a fitted silhouette and a cropped hem that she paired with brown yoga pants featuring an abstract pattern in white and black.

Kareena Kapoor Khan grabbed all the eyeballs at the trailer launch event of Singham Again, her much-awaited upcoming movie. And she did it rather elegantly. Bebo never takes a boring path, and she proved this by walking in a silver corset sari that was quite modern from what general public expects from traditional attire, leaving us almost speechless in awe. Let’s have a better look at her outfit.
Kareena Kapoor looked all dressed up in real custom couture, dressed in a handwoven silver tissue sari from the Evara collection.Real silver zari and zardozi border on the sari found perfect pairing with an intricately worked corset featuring real silver zardozi, sequin, saadi, and nakshi work that beautifully merge tradition and contemporary glamour.

The actress wore a scintillating strapless corset carrying wonderful silver shimmer effects that reflected through light. It was one such dress molded onto her body perfectly highlighting the curves, edginess that only Kareena can wear off so lightly. The sari below the corset flowed beautifully with neat pleats falling graciously on the waist to make all of it completely about her.
What gave the look that was simply totally pop was the eye-candy silver-shining shimmery border encircling the sari, which was intricate in details. The detailing did not only add to the ensemble a hint of sass but something that actually brought everything together, which indeed was a treat for the eyes.

The sari was so well draped that one side went below the corset and above her shoulder while the other side beautifully hung her arm. This modern take of the traditional sari created a very fashionable yet serene form.
To complement her outfit, Kareena wore thin yet showy ornaments. Thin bangles were dangling from her wrist; a few silver rings and some earrings around her fingers and ears were giving it the illusion of glamour without over-crowding her perfect outfit.

Kareena was glamourous as always at the trailer launch of Singham Again tradition, and what made it different, as always, is her unique take on styling a ‘sari’. How effortlessly she made the amalgamation of traditional elements with western underpinnings and some contemporary twist perfectly, displaying that she was indeed the fashion icon.
