New rumours are set in the real estate town, and this one involves Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur, Donald Trump’s close friend, and after Trump’s reelection, also his frequent visitor. It is being said that Musk may be considering a purchase that could shake up the Palm Beach real estate market, and reports say that he is eyeing the Bristol Penthouse in West Palm Beach, a 19,000-square-foot luxury property once owned by late beauty mogul Sydell Miller.
Rumours are also aloof that the penthouse would come with a price tag of over $100 million (around 8,26,82,35,000 INR).

According to the website of ‘Bristol Palm Beach’, the condominium offers unparalleled luxury, featuring three- to five-bedroom residences ranging from 3,700 to 14,000 square feet. And Musk’s potential new home would come with floor-to-ceiling, laminated-insulated glass windows that provide high efficiency, reduce noise, and offer unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Atlantic Ocean, and Palm Beach Island.

The penthouses are no less than royal palaces of the United States, and have state-of-the-art technology and luxury elements, perfect for a billionaire like Musk.
Along with that, the property includes access to private guest suites that are available for purchase, which give the residents the comfort of hosting, again with luxury.
In the penthouse and property, the amenities are no less. There are spas, fitness centres, infinity pools, garden terraces, and concierge services that cater to an elite clientele.

According to the website of Bristol Palm Beach, they define themselves as “A new era of Palm Beach living has arrived. Welcome to The Bristol – a marriage of timeless and contemporary refinement that promises to be the first and last of its kind. With its sparkling glass façade, The Bristol is a modern take on gracious living. The amenities rival those of five-star resorts while the sweeping flow-through residences are perfectly outfitted for modern life – handsomely appointed, carefully curated and detailed with bespoke finishes. The Bristol stands as one of the top Condominiums for sale in Florida.”
How did the rumours arrive?
Notably, Musk has been spending a lot of time at Mar-a-Lago since Donald Trump’s re-election campaign. And the proximity of the Bristol penthouses to Mar-a-Lago would make it a convenient base for Musk, who was also appointed as co-chair of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a role announced by Trump.
If the purchase is finalised, it will be one of the most expensive penthouses ever sold in Florida, and the world, and will fetch more than double of its original value, for which Millers once bought it.
