Brandi Glanville opened up about the reason behind her facial disfigurement after shocking fans with a swollen-face selfie.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum to her X account (formerly known as Twitter) on Sunday, December 8 to share that she has been in and out of the hospital to diagnose what is the root cause of her disfigured face.
“What happened?” Glanville penned down. “I wish I knew I’ve been in & out of the hospital this passed (sic) year [and] 1/2 … spent almost every dollar I have [been] trying to figure it out.”
While sharing the details she noted, “Some Dr.’s (sic) say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it’s stress-induced edema. I personally say it’s Bravo.”
Glanville’s explanation came a day after when she posted a selfie of her face which sparked concern among fans about her health.
Along with her snap, she posted on Saturday that she did not reveal any details at the time and only captioned the upload with text, “Sick it!”
Previously, the reality TV star claimed that her swollen face was due to her ongoing legal dispute with with Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Caroline Manzo started in January 2023,
Glanville shared on her social media in July that the legal drama has left her “miserable and depressed.”
